This was a really very inspiring video! Good job on the hard work!
This is an amazing video. The positive interaction between the people of the village and the individuals coming to assist with education and tourism is very evident. The scenery is beautiful, the people are truly dedicated to improving the quality of life for the villagers. Great job !!!
Wow…how impressive!! Hats off to all of you for the collabrative effort of producing and filming this very informative video. To all of you, Kyle, Chris, Jase, Jennifer, Kyla, Tran, Ly May, Ly La, and Ly Ta and all government officials, university representatives, you did a fantastic job getting your message across to everyone who sees this video. The scenery, the effort to maintain balance in the lives of these people blending tradition with modern ways is integral to the success of this project. I look forward to seeing this area next March with my dental students who will also be working hard in the villages to provide dental education to these village communities. This video has broaden my knowledge of the area and provided significant information about the people, their needs and skills which I’m sure we will enjoy learning about while in Sapa. Looking forward to the upcoming documentaries.
This is a great video. I too am looking forward to visiting this area next March with Cindy Wing and the dental hygiene/assising students from Cambrian College.
Hi Cindy,
Hopefully the work we’ve done can help you and your students understand the impacts that tourists (even those of us with good intentions!) can have on the communities we travel in. The work you’re doing is commendable and I look forward to hearing about it on your return!
